AioCorp Hosting is a web hosting service provider, we provide platforms for you to use such as email, web hosting and secure ecommerce. To fulfil requests for domain names, digital certificates or other products or services, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, physical address, phone number, credit card information and/or organisational details or other personal information.

How do we protect your information?

How long do we store your information for?

  • Once a user no longer has any active products or services, their personal data will be retained for not more than 3 months. Once this time is up, all information on stored will be erased.

  • Even if you request deletion or erasure of your data, we may retain your personal data to the extent necessary and for so long as necessary for our legitimate business interests or performance of contractual obligations.

  • After the retention period is over, AioCorp Hosting securely disposes or anonymises your personal information in order to prevent loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorised access.
